You have 5days to make a return request after your order has been delivered, you will receive 100% refund for your item plus shipping fees if delivered broken, damaged, defective, wrong items.

How it works

Return via our contact form if you have any questions.
Our logistics company will contact you to receive the item after you have successfully reported to the customer service through the contact form.
Place the item in it’s original packaging including accessories, tags, labels etc.
Once we receive the package we will check it and proceed with the refund via original means of payment.
